APPROACH

  • Stowers indicated that a website overhaul would serve as a signature execution of the new brand.
  • Sparkcade worked in two phases with the Stowers Institute:
  • 1. Created a brand and marketing strategy (with new guidelines) for the organization and
  • 2. Overhauled their website as a reference example of the revised brand.

OUTCOME

  • Met partner contractual scope and deadline while remaining within budget.
  • Simplified navigation menu based on usage data from eight to three primary items. Achieved 50% reduction in content and 11% increase in traffic.
